David Scott Hendrix was born May1, 1964 in Fort Worth, TX to Marvin and Joyce Hendrix. He grew up in Saginaw, Tx and graduated high school at Boswell High School in 1984. He received his B.S. at UNT and went on to law school at the University of Michigan, Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. He graduated in just two years, with honors.
