Oh how we will miss Dagy! So vibrant, intelligent and lively! David and Dagy are our partners in grandparenting Julien! We have spent so many precious times with them over New Year’s and special times with Julien! New Year’s will never be the same! Our joy is that Dagy came to faith over the course of the years we knew her and we know she is no longer suffering and with Jesus. Before she died she said she was ready to go home. She just wanted to see Joana and Julien over Christmas and she got that gift! David and Joana have been remarkable in their care for Dagy over her last weeks ! We also thank the people from Dagy’s church that ministered to Dagy, David and Joana! Our sympathies to David, Joana and Julien. Praying comfort and peace over you and so excited to celebrate Dagy’s life in February!
We are so sorry to hear about Dagy. We will always remember her as a smart, beautiful lady with a beaming smile during our adventurous sailing trips in Perryville.
My first "big girl job" was working for Dagmar in CFS at ECU. She was a combination of grace, strength, and wit. A true businesswoman that carried herself with confidence and authenticity. It was a privilege to work with her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
Dagy was so full of life that it's hard to fully absorb that we will no longer have her physical presence. She was kind, generous, and so smart. I was blessed to call her "friend".
My heart goes out to all the family. You are in my prayers.
Dagmar was a wonderful friend, neighbor, & blessing in my life. We became instant friends when we met. Many happy evenings on the deck were shared between the four of us.
