Cynthia's obituary

Cynthia Lee Withrow Johnson, 72, passed away on February 2, 2019. Cindi was born November 6, 1946, in Dallas, TX where she lived her entire childhood. In 1966, Cindi moved to Houston where she began her career as a bookkeeper. She obtained her CPA, raised a family, and ultimately opened her own CPA firm. Her dying request was for a “cold Dr Pepper with no ice.”
Cindi is survived by her husband of 27 years, James William Clark; her three children Lisa Hernandez (Amado), Robert Jay Lofland (Renee), and Brant Lee “Spanky” McNamara (Jennifer); 4 grandchildren - Hannah, Andrew, and Joshua Woodward, and James Lofland; 1 great-grandchild - Colbie Garza; her 95 year old mother, Lucille Withrow; her brother Wendel and her sister Nancy. She would also like us to inform the IRS that 2019 will be her final tax return, including extensions.
A memorial gathering for family and friends is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 8, 2019, from 3:00pm – 9:00pm. For more information email CLJCPAMemorial@gmail.com. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation and the Epilepsy Foundation are preferred.
