Cynthia (Cyndi) Jean Utley, 66, of La Vernia, TX passed away at home on April, 11th 2024.

Cyndi was born December 29th, 1957 in Paducah, TX. She married the love of her life, Robert Utley, on August 25th, 1978 in Lubbock, TX. Throughout her life, she was a devoted military wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. For 40 years, she was an accountant for various companies and organizations. Cyndi was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She volunteered and served for 25 years at V.F.W. Post 837 in San Antonio, TX.

Cyndi was preceded in death by Billy Baird (Father), Patsy Baird (Mother), and Billy Baird Jr (Brother). She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Robert, of La Vernia, TX, daughter Elizabeth Jackson-Boykin of San Antonio, TX, son Kenneth Utley of Dayton, OH, brother Jerry Baird of Chillicothe, TX, brother David Baird of Big Spring, TX, grandson Colby Jackson of San Antonio, TX, and grandsons Blake and Bryce Utley of Dayton, OH.

A Celebration of Life will be held in honor of Cyndi on May 18th, 2024 at V.F.W. Post 837 (4436 Valleyfield Dr, San Antonio, TX 78222) at 3p.m.
