Cynthia Monteil, 64 of Platte City, Missouri passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on November 19, 2021. Cynthia was born January 26, 1957 to Boby and Dorthea (Swenson) Pyle in Lynwood, California. She was a 1975 graduate of North Kansas City High School. She is preceded in death by her parents, Boby and Dorthea Pyle, one brother, Anthony Wayne “Tony” Pyle, and her beloved husband, William “Slick” Monteil. She is survived by her children; Domonic Pyle, Brian Monteil, Jacob Monteil, Nikki Forbes, Several beloved grandchildren and one great-grand child; siblings; Linda Gerner, Jody Pyle, Connie Winsor, John Robert Pyle and Cathy Roberts. Memorial Service will 9am, Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Hoover Christian Church; 15180 NW State Rte 92, Platte City, MO 64079. Her ashes will be placed with her beloved husband at the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery in Higginsville, Missouri.
