Background
Cindi was super proud of her daughter Sammi, who is the director of Miss River Valley Scholarship Org. Cindi saw first hand the benefit of the Miss America Org. and affiliated locals had on Sammi and other young women. When Sammi decided to give back to more young women to have that same benefit to others in leadership, public speaking, and community service, Cindi jumped right in to help her. Donations will go towards scholarships made in Cindi's name. Starting next year there will be a scholarship for the rookie candidate receiving the highest interview score since she loved seeing new candidates bravely compete and the interview is such a crucial skill to master!
