Cynthia Christine Heiden, 64, returned to her heavenly home on November 17th 2019 after a valiant battle with cancer. Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.

Cindy was born in Wahoo Nebraska, her late parents are Joseph & Wanda Story. She has been reunited with her sister, Judith Dangler and her brother, Darrell Story in heaven. Cindy also has two other sister, Donna Hinken and Anita Werth.

Cindy married her best friend, Merv Heiden on June 17th 1994. Together through their blended family they had 4 kids. Craig Morton, Jennifer Wolff, Jon Heiden & Shannon Coleman. Cindy has two son in laws and one daughter in law, Jim Wolff, Thomas Tye and Melodie Heiden. Cindy has 9 grandchildren, Amy & Caleb Morton, Brooklyn Wolff, Ben & Jade Wolverton, Preston Wheeler, Brendan & Mandy Allard and Jasper Heiden. She had one great grandchild and another great grandchild on the way.
She also had a beautiful little dog named Sophie who everyone knew was her best friend!

Anyone who knew Cindy knew that she was the light of everyone’s eye. She was a friend, a mother, a wife, a sister, a grandma and most of all she was a devoted servant of God. She has seen many things in her life and has still always seen the best in things and in people. She will be greatly greatly missed but we know she is in a better place.
