In loving memory of Cynthia (Cindy) Louise (Hastings) Richardson, born December 21, 1946 to Ernest Hastings and Beverly (Bamber) Hastings. Cindy passed unexpectedly due to heath complications on August 15, 2022. She is preceded in death by her mother, Beverly (Bamber) Hastings, and her father Ernest Hastings, both paternal and maternal grandparents and granddaughter Sierra. She is survived by her husband Ralph, daughters Carole (Mitch) Morgan, Christina (Niles) Taber, Serena (Kirt) Ruskowsky, sister Karen (Bruce) Timberman and brother David (Mary) Hastings, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. She married the love of her life, Ralph in April of 1966 building a life in Onsted, Michigan raising her 3 children and was a vital part of nurturing and raising her grandchildren. Cindy was a force of nature with a fierce love for God and her family. She worked as a homemaker and was an avid gardener, putting many hard-working hours into tending garden, harvesting, and canning. She served the Women’s Ministry at Jesus Is Lord Ministry for more than 20 years as an ordained minister and the Women's Ministry Director where she taught the gospel and touched many lives. Cindy strived to be a devoted representative for Christ and the best version of herself. She was an excellent example that other women could aspire to. She loved the word of God and studying her bible daily but her favorite activity was spending time with her family. She loved to enjoy family gatherings and fellowship with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was proud of each and every member of her family for their different accomplishments and was a consistent source of encouragement and love. It was a great honor to be a part of Cindy’s life. She will be greatly missed. Gone but never forgotten, forever in our hearts.
