Mrs. Cynthia Anne “Cindy” Carroll of New Hill, NC passed away peacefully at her home on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022, at the age of 77.
Cindy was born to parents, Wade Alexander Broome and Johnnie Ruth Dillard on December 18, 1944 in DeLand, FL. She grew up in Concord, NC before moving to Cary, NC in 1963, where she remained; and built her life. For more than 35 years, she and her husband owned …
