Cynthia “Cindy” Brogdon, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away September 3, 2024 at Prisma Health Richland in Columbia, SC.

She was born in Alabama on July 24, 1953 to her parents Clark and Doris. Cindy will be remembered for her loving nature and her amazing artistic abilities.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Henry; children, Ray (Kim), Terri (Chris), Mark (Michelle), and Tina (Bo); parents, Tony and Elizabeth; grandchildren, Declan, Kylee, Kinslee, Chase, Josh, Lillie, Brandon, Paige, Zack, Stephanie, Bryant, Hayley, and Hunter; siblings, Steve, Carol, and Lisa; and many great-grandchildren, family members, and friends.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Clark and Doris; and her siblings, Chuck and Joe.

The family will hold a visitation at Thompson Funeral Homes, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209 on Monday, 9/9/24 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Funeral services will be at Thompson Funeral Homes, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC 29209 on Tuesday, 9/10/24 at 2:00 pm.

Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park immediately following the funeral service.
