It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Allen, beloved mother, sister, and friend, on April 8, 2023. Cynthia was born on September 10, 1955, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Cynthia is survived by her children, Jermaine Webster, Felicia Gulewicz, Rachel Allen, William Allen, and Michael Allen; her sister, Debbie Stoll; and her loving grandchildren. She was a devoted mother who considered her children to …
