Cynthia's obituary
Cindy Adubato passed away on May 5, 2025, in Hamilton, New Jersey, the town where her life began and gracefully came to a close. Born on August 3, 1956, Cindy was a lifelong resident of Hamilton, NJ.
A member of the Steinert High School Class of 1974, Cindy continued her education at Mercer County Community College, earning an associate’s degree before completing a bachelor’s degree at Trenton State University. She went on to serve the state of New Jersey as a dedicated dental hygienist for many years.
Cindy shared her life with her loving husband, John R “Johnny Ray” Adubato, her stepchildren Christine Adubato, Anthony Adubato, stepson-in-law Bradley Adubato; sister-in-law Donna Adubato; step-grandchildren Alyssa Adubato, Brianna Adubato, and Collano Adubato; and nieces-in-law Sabrina Denson and Amanda Sullivan and is predeceased by her loving parents Alvira and Louis Wereski. At home, Cindy was lovingly known as mom to her cherished dogs, Buster, Cash, Finley and Mutley.
Cindy found joy in many pursuits; sun-filled beach days, shopping trips to the Rehoboth Beach outlets, travel adventures, and attending concerts and plays. Christmas Eve gatherings were especially meaningful, with traditions like making homemade pirogies. Inspired by John’s love for Elvis Presley, Cindy became an Elvis fan herself and treasured a family trip to Graceland where she was a member of Team Adubato.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date by her beloved husband John for family and friends.
Cindy’s memory will live on through the music she loved, the warmth she shared, and the lives she touched along the way.
