Curtis Creighton,Jr, 84, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on February 13, 2023 after a [hard] battle with [cancer of the heart].

Curtis was born on July /6/1941 to Mother Deborah Creighton and Curtis J,Sr Creighton in Baltimore Maryland. After graduating from Baltimore Alternative school for boys in 1962, he went on to study Masters in Animation] at University of Maryland].


After graduation, he landed his first job as a Teacher at The Art Institute of Washington for  for  23years . In the 2000 Curtis met Jane Amber Smut and they dated for two years then got married in the year 2002, they between them they already have 4 children, Veronica, Verne-ll ,Nadine and a son Sterling].


Curtis was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was proud to be a father proud of  and always tried his best to support them.


Curtis was also a passionate studying locks where he then became a professional lock smith and could often be found working part time on the weekends as a locksmith tech when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Curtis knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Curtis was predeceased by Brother Michel and sister Elizabeth. He is survived by Sister and Brother, Children and 23  grand children members who are still alive.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 4000 Pilots Lane Richmond Va. There will be a funeral service/memorial/celebration of life at 12:00-3:00 at Breath of Life Baptist church 1201 Steed Dr Richmond ,Va.
