Curtis Ray Allen was born September 26th 1952 to the late Charlie Allen and Cleo Dole Helire, he moved to fort Wayne Indiana at an early age where he attended harmar elementary as well as central high school where he graduated he was a mechanic an inventor and he loved to play music, he was a loving father grandfather uncle and brother.
