Courtney's obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Courtney "Coco" Bradley, who began her journey to eternity on September 28, 2023. Born in 1989, Courtney was a devoted mother, loving wife, treasured sister, admired daughter, and fond aunt.

Courtney is survived by her adoring husband, John Faraci III, whom she married in 2020, and her two precious sons, Elijah Bradley and Alonzo Faraci. She leaves behind her mother, Rosie Givens, her father, Tony Stokes, her three sisters, Brittany and Stephanie Bradley, her two nieces, Dejanique Smith and Jerinique Bradley, and her nephew, Gary Bradley. She is predeceased by her grandmother, Beatrice Bradley.

An graduate of Basehor, KS in 2007, Courtney was a person of many interests. Her favorite drinks were iced tea and coffee, and her passion for music saw no bounds, her favorites being Dancehall and Rasta Reggae. She found joy in watching The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Killing Eve, and was captivated by the movie, Constantine. She admired tribal art, and was an enthusiastic gamer, with her go-to games including Destiny 2, GTA 5, Diablo, Lord of the Rings Online, and Minecraft.  Courtney had a soft spot for the colors black and red, and her preferred foods were Twizzlers and Coral Champagne cherries.

Courtney was a woman of strong character, described best as loyal, determined, proud, strong-hearted, stubborn, and caring. She lived by the principle of treating people the way she wanted to be treated and saw this as one of the best lessons she could share. One of her greatest accomplishments were overcoming the fear of asking for medical help to better herself in her line of work. She has left behind a legacy of tough love and genuinely caring  for everyone she has ever met.

Courtney's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her. May her soul rest in peace and her memory be a blessing to those left behind.
