Costella M. Carter was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Mahan Sr. and Orstella Mahan. She departed this life January 30, 2021. She was preceded in death by sisters Sallie Foster, Annie Wade, Willie Anderson brothers Arthur Mahan, Lonnie Mahan Jr., and special friend Jimmy Walter.
She leaves to cherish her memory sisters Louise Bivins, Lois Russell, brother Robert Mahan, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
