It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cory Graves, who gently took his last breath on the 5th of November, 2023. Born on the 13th of June, 1986, Cory spent his years enriching the lives of those around him with his caring, loving, and thoughtful nature.

Known for his limitless compassion, Cory had a knack for making people feel seen and valued. Every interaction with him was a testament to his innate ability to foster connection. He was a beacon of warmth, reaching out to those in need with a soft word, a kind gesture, or a comforting silence.

One of the many gifts Cory left behind was his profound understanding of life's fragility. He taught us that life is a fleeting tapestry of moments woven together by love and feeling. He emphasized the importance of cherishing each moment, no matter how small or big, as each contributes to the beauty and uniqueness of our lives.

His teachings will forever echo in our hearts and minds, a soothing balm in times of stress, a guiding light when the path gets dark. His memory lives on in the way we love, in the way we feel, and in how deeply we connect with those around us.

Cory is survived by his loving soulmate, Hallie Linkous, his 3 loving children, Mazzy Moon Graves, Xander Rayne Graves, and Xavier Sky Graves, his sister Katlyn Lloyd, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  While the loss of Cory is indescribable, it is comforting to remember that his spirit and teachings will continue to live on in all those who had the privilege to meet him.

While we mourn the loss of our dear Cory, we also celebrate his life, a life filled with love, compassion, and wisdom. May his soul find its way to everlasting peace.
