Cory's obituary
Cory will be lovingly and fondly remembered by his wife Sarah, daughters Madison and Kaia, pets taco and amigo, Mom Sydney, Dad Glen and stepdad David, as well as many cousins aunts uncles, friends and co-workers.
Cory grew up in Nanaimo where he made many friends, he was such gifted person, even when he was young we knew he would be an entrepreneur one day, he was driven and dedicated, failures or setbacks only encouraged him to try harder.
Eventually Cory moved to the mainland and reached for the stars working his way up to owning a very successful company, employing many. Cory had a kind soul that not only hesitated to give up on others when they stumbled but continued to be there to help them back on their feet. He had a great sense of humour, quick wit and smile that lit up a room.
He also had a passion for photography, loved music, everything from AC/DC to the theme song from the titanic. He loved movies and one of his favourites was Planes, Trains and Automobiles, that was our family’s favourite silly movie.
He also had a natural artistic talent to be able to draw anything he set his mind to. He also loved boating, fishing and skiing, and to ride his motorcycle, and he had a soft heart for all animals.
To my son ~from my heart there never has been, nor will there ever be a gift as special as you, I will mourn the loss of you for the rest of my days, I love you with all my heart and soul .. all my love, your Mom ❤️ You are gone far too soon, but the love you left behind will always remain in us all who knew who knew you.. we will miss you forever ..
