Cory's obituary
Cory Walker Cosier
April 7th 1968 - September 15th 2021
My father was a hard working man with a love for the outdoors, whether it be fishing, hunting, napping in the sun, or taking care of the hobby farm with his wife, something they enjoyed doing with eachother very much as they added new critters with time.
Life for my father didn't always come easy, there were troubles along the way, but it didn't stop him from a good time and sharing his one dance move with the world.
From the hours and hours of John Wayne movies he tortured us with as kids, to the love of Waylon Jennings and the Beach Boys. I can still remember sitting on the porch singing along to Surfin' USA on repeat.
My father was a honest man. He never fell short of telling you how he felt. His honesty came with stubbornness, a triat I'm sure his sisters endured plenty growing up, but those sisters loved him very much say they are grateful to see the best of him live on in his children.
He was raised with the Lord in his life and unconditional love from his parents, although I'm sure growing up he tested that love with his mischief and his "I'm sorry smile."
He will greatly be missed by many, but we shall meet again someday. Until then he'll look down on us and live on through us.
He is survived by his mother and father Wally and Judy Cosier, his sisters Kim Cosier (Josie Osborne) Kelly Towns (Chuck Towns) and Andrea Cosier, his children Cassie Healey (Brandon Healey) Seth Cosier (Mary Cosier) and Austin Bylsma, his granddaughter Lucy Cosier, and his wife Shauna Cosier.
