Background
Cornelius Goodwin lived in full color — a jazz-soul mind with a programmer’s logic, a unicyclist who could quote funk lyrics and debug code in the same breath. He was a father, musician, mentor, and a man who made every room a little louder, warmer, and more alive.
He came from a long line of Black creatives and innovators, and poured his gifts into family, music, and tech — always leaving something better than he found it.
This fund honors that legacy. It will be shared among his three children and held for the benefit of future grandchildren, supporting education, creativity, and moments of becoming.
Donations will be placed in a trust to ensure they’re used with the love and intention Cornelius gave to everything he touched.
