In loving memory of Corey Tetreault, a vibrant spirit who lived his life always in pursuit of unyielding freedom. Corey, 33, of Gill, MA passed away on October 10, 2024 after a long and challenging battle with substance use disorder. His journey, though marked by struggles, was filled with moments of joy, laughter, and profound love that touched all who knew him.
Corey is preceded in death by his beloved best friend, “Rusty.” He is survived by his son, Finn; his devoted brother, Jeremy Tetreault; and an extensive circle of family and friends who are heartbroken by the weight of his loss.
He will be remembered as a talented blacksmith and seasoned traveler, with an unquenchable thirst for learning. His passion for traditional skills, metalworking, ancient history, and Norse mythology enriched his life and inspired those around him. His deep connection to the natural world helped him to find peace and solace in the wild places of his beloved New England. Whether wandering through the woods or creating beautiful works of functional art, Corey embraced life with an open heart and a sense of adventure that was truly remarkable.
