Cora was a loving wife, a  devoted mother, grandmother (Mamma), great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by loved ones on January 30, 2025 at the age of 76. 

Cora was born in Pennsylvania and moved with her family to Illinois.  She graduated from Alton High School, raised her children and retired from Alton Mental Health Center after over 30 years.  She enjoyed traveling, gardening in her earlier years and crafts.  Her latest craft project was felting. She loved learning and creating new craft projects!

Cora moved to Woodland, WA in 2010 where she spent her retirement years overlooking the river with her husband Mark and 2 cats.

She loved her entire family, despite their quirks and disfunction. She worried about them, rooted for them, protected them, forgave them, and always kept on loving them.

She made her whole family laugh with her outrageous and exaggerated facial expressions, and all her silly sayings.

I along with all her family and friends will be lost without her. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
