Cooper was an amazing resident to work with. He was a very bright and intelligent young man who was always on top of his scholarly activities. It has been a pleasure working closely with him. I am so sorry for this tragedy. My prayers go out to his wife and family as well as the Internal Medicine residents and faculty as we all navigate this time and reflect on the impact Copper had on our lives.

Dr. Dodd was an incredible physician. He made a point to come back and check on his patients throughout the day and to speak with the nurses for important updates. He was always so kind, and happy. He was an amazing person to be around. He was previously voted our floors physician of the month because of how caring and compassionate he was. I am so sorry to his wife and family for such a devastating loss. We only knew him for a short period, but he touched our hearts. I know the impact he has had on us all will not be forgotten.
