Constantine “Costa” Fasnakis, age 32, of Stratford, CT, passed away in his family home on August 2, 2023, in Stratford. He was born on August 9, 1990, in New York.

Constantine was a passionate soul who approached everything he loved with unwavering dedication. One of Constantine's greatest passions was skateboarding. He could often be seen with his skateboard either on his hip or beneath his feet. His love for music ran deep, and he collected vinyl records and played the Bouzouki. Constantine took immense pride in his Greek heritage and always found ways to honor and celebrate it.

In addition to skateboarding and music, he had a passion for writing and art, which allowed him to express his unique creativity and inspire those around him.

Constantine was known for his ambition and strong will. Once he set his mind on something, there was no stopping him. Despite his drive, he had a light-hearted and charismatic nature that could bring a smile or laughter to anyone's face. He was a loyal friend, as well as a treasured son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin.

Survived by his mother, Maria Andreadis, his sister Anastasia Fasnakis, his brother Nicholas Fasnakis, and his grandmother Aphrodite Andreadis. Constantine leaves behind a family who loves him deeply and who will forever cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Michael Fasnakis in 2021.
