Constance “Connie” Ann Pratt passed away on December 10, 2024 at Lynwood Manor Nursing Home in Adrian, MI.

She was born on November 15, 1944, in Manchester, Michigan to William and Bessie (Johnson) Minor. Connie graduated from Manchester High School. She married the love of her life, Roy Joseph Pratt on September 20, 1963 in Tecumseh, Michigan. Connie was a lifelong resident of Manchester and a member of the Sharon United Methodist Church.

In her younger days, Connie enjoyed working as a Hair Stylist, music and dancing. She loved rescuing animals, reading, crafting, going for walks, spending time with family and her Spotify Account. She donated to many charities including SPCA, sponsoring children and countless other foundations. She enjoyed learning about history and cultures, traveling to Frankenmuth and staying at the Bavarian Inn; and she loved Elvis.

Connie was a devoted grandmother and was very proud of the life her and Roy made together. She will be remembered as an outgoing, generous, incredibly strong person. She was everyone's Nana. She loved to laugh and was a little bit mischievous. We will all miss laughing with her.

Connie will be missed by and is survived by her children, Kaye Pratt and Randy (Paula) Pratt; her grandchildren, Amanda (Sean) Gregg, Randal (Rheilly) Pratt, Nicole Schlicht, Hunter Schlicht and Chase Schlicht; her great-grandchildren Roy and Randal Junior Pratt. She is also survived by her brother, Leonard (Sue) Minor; her sister, Sandra (David) Orzel; her sisters-in-law Darlene Minor and Sue Pratt, and brothers-in law Rex Pratt and Bobby (Rose) Pratt and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Joseph Pratt; her parents, William and Bessie Minor, her grandparents, her brother, Peter William Minor, her niece, Amy Pratt, her nephew, Dominic Minor and her great nephew, Trey Warren.
