Constance Joene Arsenault, 84, of Westbrook, CT passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born in Corinna, ME on May 6, 1939. She was the only daughter of Celon and Jessie (Porter) Sweet.
Connie was the most beautiful person, inside and out. She loved her family and friends fiercely and without limits. She loved nothing more than spending time with family and friends. Throughout her life she had many jobs. …
