Conrad Navarro Milian, 64, of Laughlin, NV, died Sunday, 8/7/2022, from complications due to heart disease and COPD. Preceding him in death were his father, Louis Milian (1996) & wife, Heidi Hamilton (2017).
Conrad was born May 25, 1958, in St. Petersburg, FL, and adopted at birth by Louis & Edith Mae Milian. He was a free spirit who loved being the class comedian, pleasing others & testing limits. As …
