Obituary

We are saddened to announce the passing of our Sweet Mother Connie Ann Whipple-Mills of Monticello, Utah on the Beautiful Sunny Spring day March 11, 2021. Connie was surrounded by her loving daughters and passed away peacefully.

Our mother, Connie, was the most Intelligent and Beautiful woman to walk this earth and her children were so blessed to have her as their Mother.
