Connie was born in Rockwood, TN on June 29th, 1977, where she grew up with her sister in Emory Gap. Throughout her childhood, Connie enjoyed several sports; being a softball pitcher was her favorite. Her team won a Little Leauge National Championship when she threw the last pitch, causing a strike out that led to their win. In her young adult years of life, she gave birth to her son. She earned a CNA license from Roane State Community College. 

Connie was unforgettable; she made herself known to every person whose life she touched. There were never dull moments and you could expect to laugh when she was around. Connie took pride in her clothes, shoes and jewelry, which she would eagerly offer up to those she loved. Her favorite color was purple, she loved diet soda, and her favorite pass-time activity was talking on the phone.Connie has joined her mother Cassandra and father Robert in Heaven, but has sadly left behind many people who love her: sister Lisa; children Devin, Sydni and Labron; nieces Shelby, Jessica and Haley; and many others. In death, Connie continued to help others; she was an organ donor. Her heart and liver went on to save two people. For her selflessness, she was awarded an honor walk with Tennova Hospital on June 24th, 2023 at 4am.
