Connie's obituary
Connie was always a proud mother and loved to share the successes of her children. She was a working mother, having various jobs in the insurance industry, including working her way up to training fellow employees across the United States. She enjoyed her retirement watching her grandsons grow, playing numerous online games where she could flex her intelligence and socialize with friends old and new. She was known to “beat the pants off” of the average opponent in games like Words with Friends and Scrabble thanks to her superior vocabulary. Connie had a very sympathetic heart, humorous wit, a charm that was hard to beat, and was a strong emotional pillar for her children, family, and friends.
Connie was preceded in death by her brother, Rob Cavanaugh, Jr. and her parents, Molly and Robert Cavanaugh.
Connie is survived by her husband, Michael Neal of Euless, Texas, her son M. Eric Neal of Gatesville, TX and his two sons Zachery and Nathan, son Joshua Neal of Euless, Texas, daughter Katie Pierce (Neal) of Stafford, Texas, son Caleb Neal of Euless, TX, sisters C. Karen Cavanaugh of Fort Worth, TX and Molly Bob Hebert of Beaumont, TX. Other survivors include numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service is to be determined at a later date, due to the uncertainty of current events. The family is grateful for and welcomes your continued prayers and support.
