Connie's obituary
She was born on September 13, 1947 in Grafton, WV to Charles and Phyllis Kelly.
Connie owned Kelly’s Restaurant in Howe, IN for 25 years and then worked at Just Dance Restaurant. She loved her family, being near the water, lighthouses and dancing. Her fun spirit will be missed by everyone who knew her.
Connie is survived by three sons, David (Lyndsay) Miller, Mark (Jenni) Miller & Michael (Shannon) Miller, seven grandchildren, Alexis, Zane, Tyler, Olivia, Noah, Jack & Oliver, and five siblings, Ronald, Carol, Anna, Steve & Angel. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Paul (PJ).
