Connie Joyce Raymond
1952 – 2025
Connie Joyce Raymond passed away peacefully in her home on April 4, 2025, just shy of her 73rd birthday.
Connie moved to Las Vegas over 30 years ago to be near and support her best friend, Ellen—a testament to the loyalty and love that defined her life. She found great joy in her long-standing career with MGM VIP Services, where she worked for over 25 years. Her warm personality, radiant smile, and self-proclaimed “gift of gab” made her a favorite among coworkers and hotel guests alike. Connie had an incredible ability to make people feel truly seen, heard, and loved.
She was a bright, positive light in every room she entered. Whether she was sewing baby blankets for loved ones or sharing a good meal, Connie found deep joy in giving and connecting with others. Her kindness, compassion, and goofiness touched many lives and will never be forgotten.

That bond extended to Connie’s cherished niece, Dana, whom she helped raise with the care and devotion of a second mother. The trio formed a close-knit family, filled with laughter, strength, and countless shared memories.
