Concepcion Garcia, affectionately known as Connie, was born on October 8, 1948, in Newport News, Virginia. She peacefully passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 74 in Venice, Florida, United States.

Connie was a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many as a beloved mother, a devoted grandmother, and a source of inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her passion for hairstyling and caregiving defined her life's work, bringing beauty and comfort to those she encountered.

Connie was preceded in death by her father Manuel Garcia, her mother Iris Garcia, and her sisters Lydia Davenport and Yvonne Edwards. While she may no longer be with us, her spirit will live on through the memories and love she shared with those fortunate enough to have known her.
