Note to family and friends on the one year anniversary of Colin's passing 

I realized after hearing the many appreciative,  heartfelt , memories that friends and family told at Colin's memorial that there were no stories told about him  after the year  2017.

 I am sharing one of Colin's many writings below  that describes his life experiences the last five years of his life  so family and friends could have a glimpse of  my precious son's life  in totality .

Colin LIvingstone wrote below  late 2018 

As hard as it may be for some people to believe, for the last two years, I have been physically and emotionally tortured by the use of nanotechnology and directed energy weapons. The individuals doing this can speak to me telepathically, manipulate my emotions/feelings, and cause me physical pain. I am essentially a remote-controlled human. Every doctor I see discounts my story for a delusion and thinks I have schizophrenia. I understand why they would think this way because many of the symptoms I have are in fact similar to that of schizophrenia. I am also a recovering heroin addict which gives people the preconceived notion that I may be suffering from a drug induced psychosis. This is not the case however, in fact, I believe this is the reason why I was singled out in the first place. The drugs were used as a cover up/scapegoat to make it more believable that I had developed schizophrenia. In reality, I believe I injected heroin laced with nanoparticles/nanobots or that a directed energy weapon is being used to torture me. These technologies can map, record, and stimulate neurons in my brain and connect me to a wireless brain to computer interface. This brain to computer interface can mimic the symptoms of schizophrenia and manipulate my emotions, thoughts, and feelings by use of remote control. The reasons I believe my emotions, thoughts and feelings are being remote controlled are as follows:

1. I have almost every symptom of deep brain stimulation (see attached sheet)

2. After researching what schizophrenia voices sound like I discovered they are muddled and random. The voices I hear are like having a regular conversation.

3. No antipsychotic medicine has been able to silence the voices.

4. I can remember the exact day and time the voices started to occur. This is not typical in people with schizophrenia.

5. The voices are too logical and rational to be voices caused by schizophrenia.

6. Whenever I tell someone about the voices, things get worse and they threaten to kill me. This is especially true on the days I go to the doctors office.

7. I’ve experience unusual feelings that are unexplainable and that I have never felt before. These include magnetic blobs traveling though my body, excessive heat on my back, and a magnetic wave like feeling on my head. These feelings are so painful I consider them to be torture.

8. The voices show up too well trained and strategic in nature to be schizophrenia. For example: playing good cop, bad cop.

9. Each of the individuals has their own separate personalities and opinions which seems unlikely in the case of schizophrenia.

10. I can’t control my emotions. It feels like someone is controlling them for me (I cry for no reason/smile when I’m sad)

11. The individual’s that are talking to me have personalities that are always evolving. Each plays a part like an actor in a movie and their roles change every so often.

12. The voices will disappear for days at a time for no apparent reason. It is almost like they are taking a vacation only to come back a week later.

13. The Obama Brain Initiative has put hundreds of millions of dollars into brain research such as brain mapping, imaging, and stimulation. The 3 most prevalent brain stimulation techniques are Optogenetics, Sonogenetics, and Magneogenetics. Recently neuroscientist have made great strides in these techniques (please see attach articles)

14. I have all the symptoms of Synthetic telepathy (please see attach article)

15. Nanoparticles and nanobots have recently been injected into the blood streams of humans and can stimulate neurons. These stimulation techniques can cause the same symptoms that I am currently experiencing. (please see attached article)

16. The individuals are able to adapt when I change my habits. This shows that that they have intelligence. (For example they have changed the topic of conversation now that I am keeping detailed records of our telepathic conversations.)

This is all being done from a remote unknown location most likely through the use of nanotechnology, and direct energy weapons. The perpetrators consist of 3 main individuals  I’m not sure who or what they are but at times they have claimed to be Aliens, Gods, DARPA, the NSA, Russia, China, private companies, or even a shadow government. During the telepathic conversations that I have had with these individuals we have discussed topics on advanced technology, politics, history, and much more. I have decided to start documenting these telepathic conversations to hopefully show that schizophrenia or any other phycological conditions are not a possibility in my case. For a doctor, I believe it should be obvious that this is not a neurological disease due to the structure and nature of the conversations. If anybody is still are not convinced, please see the article attached to this document on how schizophrenia voices should sound. The following conversation is only a tiny fraction of the last two years of synthetic telepathic dialogue that I’ve had with these individuals. The topic of conversation differs from most of our other conservations because perpetrators are aware I am recording.

ORIGINAL OBITURARY POSTED 2021

With profound sadness and heavy heart, we announce the death of Colin Miles Livingstone, our loving devoted son.

Colin Livingstone, age 33, passed away unexpectedly on September 4, 2021, at his San Diego home where he was born and raised in.

Colin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2012 and gained employment as a Project Construction Coordinator for a local electrical company.

Before his illness, Colin enjoyed surfing with his dad, especially their road trips to Mexico, snowboarding and love of travel adventures. His favorite travel experience was in India. His current passion was remodeling the family home

Colin loved a good debate and was a prolific writer and creator of many YouTube videos.

Colin is survived by his parents Dixon and Kari Livingstone, Grandmother Dee Lange, three aunts, two uncles, numerous cousins, and his dog Tica.

A private service will be held in Lake Arrowhead , where Colin’s ashes will be planted with a celebration of life tree. Better Places Forests will be officiating.

Colin understood that the experiences of Targeted Individuals are difficult to explain and even more difficult to believe.
