Tom's obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Coleman Thomas Gulley, better known as Tom, on April 17, 2024. He was born to the late Beverlee Gulley and Coleman Gulley on July 15, 1959.
Tom was a loving husband to his wife Kim Gulley, with whom he shared the joys of matrimony since 1996. A devoted father, he leaves behind his sons CJ, Drue, Michael and Dylan Gulley. He is also survived by his sister Connie Williamson and his in-laws Jean and Mike Harrison. Tom was also the proud grandfather to Kaylee, Wiley, Kable, Azlyana, Brindyl, Theodore, Annabelle, and Gideon Gulley.
Tom was a man with a heart full of compassion and kindness. His personality was described as the kindest person one could ever meet. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, and friend, he had a knack for helping anyone in need without a second thought. Spending time with his family was his favorite pastime.
His life was filled with simple pleasures. He enjoyed drinking Dr. Pepper and coffee. Tom loved to listen to audio books and watch his favorite TV shows including NCIS, Big Bang Theory, Expedition, and Finding Bigfoot. His love for action and comedy films was unmatched, and he enjoyed games like Boche Ball, and 10,000. His favorite performances to watch included Trans Siberian Orchestra at Christmas time. Despite his various interests, what he loved most was any place filled with family.
Tom leaves behind a legacy of kindness, love, forgiveness, and generosity. He taught us that kindness has a long way to go and his lessons will be remembered. His wife Kim expresses her deep sorrow at his passing by saying, "Losing you has left a void in my life that I will never fill and words can't express how much sorrow I feel. You were the best husband and friend I could ask for and having you in my life was a true gift. No one will ever replace you."
He was predeceased by his mother, Beverlee Gulley, and his sister-in-law Vicki Clements. He leaves behind his sister-in-law, Debbie Gillespie. Though he will be deeply missed, his memories will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
