Personal note from Coach Ade's Daughters, Christine & KaNi

Thank you so much to everyone visiting this page. Please share this site with anyone who might want to know about Ade's passing. We will miss Coach Ade tremendously and would love to have you share your favorite heartwarming, wild, funny, crazy memories and/or photos of him under the "Memories" header. If you're using a phone, click on "More." šŸ’ž

Thanks also all for the love, kindness, and support you’ve shown during this heartbreaking time. We are so grateful for every message, memory, and gesture. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask for any donation—big or small—to help cover funeral costs and the unexpected expenses that come with losing someone you love.
Many people didn’t know the full extent of Ade’s strength. After a life-changing workplace accident that left him with lasting injuries and daily pain, he still greeted the world with as much 'Mr Miyagi' vigor as he could muster up. The people in his life—his family, his friends, his basketball players—truly kept him going. Your presence meant more to him than words can express.
His daughter, Chris, dedicated herself to caring for Ade while working full time, tending to their two beloved pups, and supporting her sister Stephanie through her battle with breast cancer. She carried all of this with love, and we are hoping to ease the financial weight now resting on her shoulders.
Thank you for being a part of Ade’s story, for remembering him with us, and for any support you feel moved to give.

Obituary

Remembering Ade Kido....

Case in point: Ade and a friend once decided to do donuts in the sugarcane fields—just for fun. Locals were convinced aliens had created the ā€œcrop circles,ā€ and the crop circle story even made the newspaper!
