Clive Antony Ulen, son of the late Lewis “Bud” Ulen and Millicent Hooper Ulen, was born on February 25th, 1946, and fell asleep in death on Saturday, May 29th, 2021, at the age of 75.
Tony is survived by his wife of 27 years, Theresa Ulen; two daughters, Eisa Ulen Richardson (husband Ralph) of Brooklyn, NY, and Renee Ulen Butts (husband Kiyasi) of Mechanicsburg, PA; two stepchildren, Debra Dunlap and Jerron Palmer (wife JLee); 7 …
