I have known Clive since the first day he showed up on the front step with a bunch of Medicine Hat basketball players for my rookie hazing. Clive made me feel welcome and made sure I always had a good time. From there we reunited when he moved to Saskatoon, and made so many memories there like the one time we played in a Saskatoon beer pong tournament with 60 plus teams and finished 2nd. I was always laughing when around him and when I moved back from Ottawa I got a job in Prince Albert and the only reason I would move there is because I knew Clive was there. We eventually became roommates and he was the best roommate. When I was getting married Clive made sure to attend both (COVID times) and was so supportive just like he was in anything I did. He will be missed, he was taken from us way too soon. I'll be cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, Calgary Flames and LA Lakers. Rest in peace my  friend.

I have known Clive for most of his life, he was always ambitious and had an infectious smile that made you wonder ,was he going to do or say something he may get into trouble for or had he already done something that we would find out about later on. He was a champion in every aspect of his life and seeing his adoration for his children made my heart skip. I am so proud of the man he became and he will always be in my heart. I know he will be looking down on his family, and I know he is at peace. I love you Clive
I met Clive/Jamaal
At Stanley Jones Elementary. When I was in Grade 2/3.
After the first day I met him and Alan, I have considered the Atkins family my family.
Clive and I instantly shared a love of sports. I still remember our go to recess game way soccer at the chain link fence with a tennis ball and the posts between links as the net lol. Graduated from that to playing NBA and wrestling games in his basement
When I reconnected in Lester B Pearson with him again it was great to see how he was grown, but didn't change.
I always knew him as a hard worker and when someone said he couldn't do something (myself included) he worked harder and proved me and anyone else who doubted him wrong.
I wish I could of turned back the clock and let him know how much I love him and how I will always consider him being like the little brother I never got to have.
I Love you brother Rest In Power
We were very saddened  when we heard the news of Clive's passing. We are keeping you and your family in our prayers. Let Jehovah comfort you in your time of grief. The God of all comfort. We are hugging and comforting you virtually.
