We regret to announce the passing of Clinton "Taylor, Mr.T" Taylor Jr., fondly known as Taylor, Mr.T, but preferred Clinton. Born on April 8, 1949, he sadly passed away on October 28, 2025. He was best known for his brutally honest nature and a unique mix of a nice and mean demeanor.

Clinton was a proud retiree from the United States Navy and the City Of Detroit. His greatest life lessons to those around him were the values of self-reliance and the importance of family.

He will be particularly missed for his characteristic way of fussing and cursing like a sailor, a reminder of his days in the Navy.

Clinton leaves behind his children; Winney Thomas, Qlinton Taylor Thomas, Clinton McGee, Carnell McGee, Clinon McGee, Roan Thomas, and John Thomas. He also leaves in mourning his granddaughters, grandsons, and a host of other survivoring family.

Furthermore, he is survived by his sisters; Marry Taylor, Hulet Taylor, Lorretta Taylor, and Silvia Taylor. Clinton was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Taylor, his father, Clinton Taylor, and his siblings Climatime Taylor, Richmond Taylor, Johnathan Taylor, and Alfonzo Taylor. He was also predeceased by his partners Wendy Thomas, Shirley McGee, and his grandson, Jullian Thomas.

Clinton's presence will be greatly missed within his family and by all those who knew him. May his soul find eternal rest and peace.
