It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clinton Hornberger, a cherished family man, who passed away on February 9, 2024. Born on April 12, 1942, Clinton lived a remarkable life filled with love, laughter, and an unwavering zest for life.
Clinton is survived by his loving son Richard Hornberger, and his beloved grandchildren Emily, Joshua, Ariell, and Cody Myers. He was predeceased by his dear daughter, Linda Hornberger. His legacy is carried forward by his family, who will always remember him as a supportive figure, filled with wisdom and love.
The funeral service for Clinton will be held on February 18, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Duda-Ruck Funeral Home-Dundalk. We invite those who knew and loved Clinton to join us in celebrating his life and saying our final farewells.
Clinton was a man of simple pleasures, who enjoyed the bliss found in the everyday moments. He liked nothing more than a good BLT and potato chips, accompanied by an iced cold beer. Clinton was an ardent fan of The Beatles, and his favorite book was 'The Bell Jar'. His preferred way to pass the time included watching NCIS, playing Scrabble, and cheering for his favorite team, the Ravens. His admiration for art was evident in his love for Monet, and his appreciation for performances was highlighted by his love for 'Hamilton'.
Clinton cherished the great outdoors, often taking walks and going fishing. His favorite vacation spot was Florida, and he held a special place in his heart for the first Friday's at Monument Square in his hometown. Clinton was also a great admirer of animals, and his philanthropic nature shone through in his support for the ASPCA. Red was his favorite color, reminiscent of his vibrant personality.
Clinton will forever be remembered for his infectious laughter, his zest for life, and his undying love for his family. His absence will be deeply felt, but his spirit will live on in the memories of the many lives he touched.
