Clinton's obituary
Clinton Keith Dockery was born on December 17, 1944 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies to Beryl Dockery and the late Noel Dockery. Clinton is the father of three sons and one daughter. He has an extended family of three brothers and three sisters and many grandsons, granddaughters, nieces and nephews.
He spent his formative years in Duncans, Jamaica, with his Aunt Mary and later joined his family in Kingston, where he attended Kingston Technical High School. He later migrated to the United States with this family where he held positions at Andover Togs, Baby Togs and Monroe Correctional Facility in Pennsylvania.
Clinton has traveled extensively throughout the US and overseas. He has lived in Queens, New York and the Poconos in Pennsylvania. After his retirement in 2015, he relocated with his wife, Norvalyn, to Tamarac, Florida and thereafter to Lawrenceville, Georgia.
After a life well lived Clinton was called home on Friday, November 12, 2021 to be with his Father and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Clinton leaves to cherish his memory Norvalyn, wife; sons, Ray, Jason and Rohan; daughters, Kelly, Nordrene and Juleen; granddaughters, Alleesha, Calan, Janelle, Raevin, Isabella and Brittney; grandsons, Roy, Ray, Jr., Rohan, Jr., Corey, Brandon, Jordan, Tyler, Mehki, Tracy, Makai, Dehkar, Evan, Eli; brothers, Robert, Errol and Donovan; sisters,Yvonne, Joan and Marcia and a host of nieces and nephews.
Clinton mentored and encouraged many to push past their limits to achieve and accomplish their goals, dreams and aspirations. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.
