Clifford "Papa Slim" Norwood, 70, of Atlanta, GA passed away peacefully on August 18, 2022, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Clifford grew up in Jonesboro, GA  a town they loved and never left. He worked at AJC, Atlanta, GA for 14 years and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing with his grandchildren. Clifford will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Clifford was predeceased by his wife, Tina Norwood, and his father and mother Mr. and Mrs. Norwood. He is survived by Cedric Norwood, Dayton Norwood, Mark Norwood, Becky Norwood, Megan Norwood, and David Norwood. Clifford requested a celebration of life be held in his honor as opposed to traditional funeral services.
