It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the passing of Clifford " Dean'" Neal, a remarkable man full of wit and spunk, who graced our world on October 12, 1946, and bid us farewell on September 13, 2023. Adored and admired by all who knew him, his jovial spirit and mischievous humor brought smiles and laughter, while his caring heart offered comfort and solace.
Dean leaves behind a remarkable legacy, characterized by kindness and generosity, qualities which he tirelessly cultivated and shared with those around him. He firmly believed in second chances, carrying this lesson forward with him throughout his life and inspiring those in his trail to lead lives of forgiveness and compassion.
The pride and joy of his life were his beloved children, Warnock Neal, Marshall Neal and Melanie Prince, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brothers and sisters and of course his fur baby Maggie. Standing as a testament to Dean's enduring influence and love, The family carries forward the wisdom bestowed upon them by Dean, embodying these teachings in their own life and relationships.
He will rejoin his Love, Janice at the gates of Heaven to begin their eternal journey.
A lifelong fan of The Georgia Bulldogs and The Atlanta Braves, Dean's enthusiasm for his teams was infectious and unyielding. Whether in victory or in defeat, his support never wavered, and his passion for the game was a testament to his spirited nature.
Above all, Dean's greatest accomplishment was his family. His devotion and love towards them were unwavering. His happiness was mirrored in their success and achievements, making his family his crowning glory. He was a pillar of strength and a beacon of wisdom for his family, and his loss leaves a void that can never be filled.
A Celebration of Dean's life will be held on September 23, 2023, at 11:00 AM at his home church, Crossroads Community Church . There will be a gathering to reminisce the happy and precious moments spent with Dean starting at 10:00 AM and we will honor his memory with personal stories and offer support and warmth to each other in this time of loss. Celebration of life will start promptly at 11:00 AM. In humble tribute to Dean's memory, may we all aspire to live our lives with the optimism, love, and brightness that he exemplified.
