Clay's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Clay Kittley, a beloved son, stepbrother, and friend, who departed from this world on July 11, 2024, at the tender age of 16.
Clay was a vibrant young man whose passion for baseball illuminated every field he played on. His dedication and sportsmanship on the diamond were matched only by his warmth and kindness off the field. As a member of his local Boy Scouts troop, Clay exemplified the values of loyalty, bravery, and service, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Born into a blended family, Clay cherished his relationships with his three step-siblings, Colton, Cambria, and Zoe, who brought joy and companionship into his life. His mother, Teresa Kittley, and step-father, Joshua Reuter live on with fond memories of the time spent together. They shared countless adventures, forging bonds that transcended mere family ties.
Clay's memory will forever be treasured by his parents, extended family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with him. His infectious smile and gentle spirit touched hearts far and wide, leaving an enduring legacy of love and compassion.
Though his time with us was tragically brief, the impact Clay made during his journey will resonate eternally. In our hearts, he will forever remain a beacon of light, reminding us to live each day with the same zest and sincerity that he embodied.
Per Clays request there will be no memorial service.
The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers or gifts that friends and family donate to St. Jude Children’s hospital to help kids like Clay get the care they deserve
Clay, you will be deeply missed, but your spirit will live on in our memories, guiding and inspiring us always.
Rest peacefully, dear Clay.
