We are sad to announce the peaceful passing of our beloved father and lolo, Claudio Granados Sr. with his family on his side on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at the age of 103 years.

He is lovingly remembered by his daughters, Sollie (Willie) and Malyn (Bon) and sons, Richard (Zeny) and Totie (Ellie); grandchildren, Abigail (Harry), Wilsol (Marg), Trisha (Herman), Andrea (Melvin), Arvine (Darlene), Amanda, Austin (Abi); great-grandchildren, Angelo, Skyler, Parker and Rhys.

Claudio Sr. was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be deeply cherished and missed.

Claudio Sr. was an active member of the Filipino Seniors Group of Winnipeg in the 80’s and 90’s. He loves to socialize and dance at any given opportunity.

Heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the entire team at Calvary Place Personal Care Home 2 North for their compassionate, professional and attentive care provided to Claudio.

Lamay will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am at Glen Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg. Prayers will start at 7:00 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, December 9, 2024 at 10:00 am, St. Peter’s Church – Petrus Hall, 2624 Inkster Blvd. Winnipeg with Monsignor Enrique Samson Jr. as celebrant. Interment to take place in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre at Glen Lawn.
