Clarice May Jordan, beloved mother, nonna, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 71 on March 28, 2023, in Birmingham, Alabama. She faced a brief but courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

Born to Wesley and Ruby May on June 22, 1951, in Nola, Mississippi.

Clarice attended BC Rain High School in Mobile, Alabama, before pursuing a career in retail sales.

Clarice was a devoted mother to her four children: Wayne (Melissa), KC (Nicole), Stephanie (Rusty), and Robert (Celena). She took great pride and joy in her ten grandchildren, Timothy, Jacob, Molly, Adrianna, Kristen, Phoenix, Vati, Greyson, Briggs, and Alec, who all cherished their time with her.

Clarice was preceded in death by her loving parents, Wesley and Ruby, her sisters Louise and Ruby, and her cousin Lynn. She is survived by her brother James, cousin Sandra, best friend Kathy, and a host of extended family members who will miss her dearly.

A celebration of Clarice's life will take place on April 2, 2023, at 2
