Richard, was loved by many people and preceded in death by his wife Rosetta, his daughter Peggy. His living relatives are still his daughters, his son Danny, his grandchildren. Clarence is a native of Kansas City, KS and worked for the Santa Fe railroad. He and his wife Rosetta moved to Surprise AZ after retirement. In Lou of services and flowers please send all money to the American heart association.
