Losing my baby sister, that we nicknamed "Bubbles" when she was a baby, hit me hard. We were very close and would often travel to each other's homes, wherever it was at the time and enjoy adventures. Several times we would canoe down the White River in Missouri, or white water rafting down the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. Bubbles was always up for adventure and trying something new and different. We hiked the Katy Trail in Missouri, drive down to Eureka Springs, AR to visit shops, and go to the outdoor theater. She was a quick learner as a child, and adventitious as a young woman. I can see her enjoying the peace and comfort in Heaven. We will see each other again in Heaven and what a great reunion that will be.

A beautiful soul. We spent many hours together laughing and talking about God and life. She loved her family with all her heart and will be truly missed. We know she is in heaven. Love you my friend 🧡

I was eleven years old when Bubbles was born. My Mother had a hard time with the birth so my Dad put the baby in my arms and told me to take care of her. And, I did; warmed her bottle to feed her in the middle of the night, change her cloth diaper and burb the baby. That is how she got her nickname Bubbles;; when she burb after drinking from the baby bottle little bubbles would come out of her month. As far as I was concerned Bubbles was my baby. I put her in bed with me, washed her diapers and hung them on the line; bath her, and play with her when she started crawling then walking. Bubbles was very quick to learn, she was very inquisitive about anything and everything, and up to try new things from white water rafting to quilting. We remained close throughout her life, we made more than several trips to each other's house (I lived in a different state) and take her on hikes, and other interesting points of interest in the areas that I lived in. I shall miss her until we meet again in Heaven.
