CLARA MAYE GRIFFIN, A loving Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother. Born on June 25th 1939 in Davenport, Iowa. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 29th, 2025 at 85 yrs old. Clara lived in Wenatchee, WA since 1996 & worked for JanSport, Pavilion Bakery & Lowe's. She was talented at gardening, fishing, puzzling, scrabbling, canning, crocheting, playing accordion & keyboard. Strangers were magnetized by her because of Clara's energetic, bubbly personality. They would walk right up to her & start a conversation. Everyone would laugh with Clara each time she spoke those hilarious little sayings. She was raised in Davenport, Iowa & being the oldest child of her siblings, Sissy helped her Father raise them after their Mother's passing. Later, Clara had her own children. She leaves behind, Randy Rittenhouse, Lauren Henderson, Pamela Novikoff, Darla Bedolla & Craig Hipple. Step-children: Barbara Woods, Dale Griffin, Candy McCollum, Ralph & Donny Hipple, & Patti Rittenhouse. Grandchildren: Rockell, Tonya, Eddie, Alex, Trisha, Deanna, Randy Jr, Tiffany, Julie, Jennifer, Preston, Zachary, Kimberly & Robert. Step Grandchildren: Jason, Aimee, Edward, Chad, Betty, Kayla, Jeremiah & Melissa. AND: 20 plus Great-grandchildren. Siblings: Patricia Eidson, Dan Snyder & Celia LaCarney......Preceded in death: Parents: Clyde Vernon Snyder & Clara Mae Snyder. 1st husband, Jerry Rittenhouse, 2nd, John Hipple, 3rd, Jerry Griffin of 38 yrs. Siblings: Sally Reynolds, Carol Fisher, Cindy Snyder & 3 baby siblings. Step-children: Marleen Davis & Ida Barker. Step grandson: Jerry. Step son: John jr. For all who knew her, including friends & other family members not mentioned; they were blessed to have been a part of a wonderful, caring, strong woman's life. The past 7 years her daughter Darla cared for her as she battled dementia. The family is forever grateful to her for stepping up & giving such an excellent woman that care. It's understood she will be missed by so many, but her eternal life has just begun with her heavenly family & Jesus Christ. Amen
