1:00: Arrival of the guests: Main floor
- Sign guestbook
- Write address of guest on envelope
- Receive ribbon and affix onto clothing
- If interested, make a donation to Hospice Simcoe via debit, cash or cheque and fast pay through tap with Hospice representative (on main floor in Library)
- Clothing and knickknacks in overflow room (family first then general guests) (on main floor)
1:15 to 2:30: Meet and Greet in the Loft
- Meet, greet and reminisce on the life of Claire with family and friends
- Look through photographs in albums (on main floor)
- Adding names to old photos (on main floor)
- Viewing of pictures from Fire stick onto projected screen (in the loft)
2:30: Celebration of Life with MC Patricia Gaudreau
- Opening song by Marie Johnston
- Opening Prayers and Service with Catholic Priest
- Eulogy by Christa Taggart (Claire's Niece and Godchild)
- Poem and share by Chantal Stephens (Claire's Daughter)
- Video of a song sung by Tina Prévost (3rd cousin of Claire`s and Niece)
- Open Mic inviting anyone interested in sharing a memory, a funny story or how Claire impacted their lives
- Explanation of what items people can take with them
- Closing with drumming song and prayer in preparation for the Potluck
- Explanation of how the potluck will be served and Feast plate offered to the ancestors in spirit world.
3:30 and 4:00: Potluck
- Yellow ribbon youth will assist and serve the elders wearing white ribbons (only those wanting assistance)
- White ribbon guests will get there food first
- Black or Blue Ribbon guests will be following the white ribbon guests
- Red ribbon guests will follow and preparing young yellow ribbon guests
- Yellow ribbon youth will follow the Red ribbon guests
5:00 and 6:00
- Thank-you, farewells and goodbyes
- Clean-up
